Ingrients & Directions
3 Bananas mashed
2 c Uncooked quick-cook oats
1/2 c Raisins; (I add more)
1/4 c Reduced calorie margarine;
-(I use regular)
1/4 c Skim milk; (I use whole milk
1 ts Vanilla
Combine all ingredients beating well. Let stand 5 minutes so the oats will
absorb the moisture. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie
sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand 1 minute transfer to
wire racks to cool.
Everyone so far has loved these. Even kids gobble them up. Oh and for extra
flavor you can add cinnamon. I forgot about that cause it isn’t in the
original recipe.
