Ingrients & Directions
1/2 lb Butter; softened
1/2 c Confectioner’s sugar
2 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
Cream butter well and add sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Mix flour and
salt together and add slowly, combining thoroughly. Pat or roll out dough
about 1/4″ thick into a 24″ square. Cut into bars and place on ungreased
baking sheet. Prick with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes or
until lightly browned around the edges. Cool on rack.
