1/2 c Creamy peanut butter
4 oz Ritz crackers; 1 sleive-see
1 c White chocolate chips; or
Semisweet chocolate chips; o
Milk chocolate chips
1 tb Shortening

2:00 Note: 1 sleeve (4 ounces) round butter-flavored crackers Spread peanut
butter on half of the crackers; top with remaining crackers t make
sandwiches. Refrigerate. In a double boiler over simmering water melt
choice of chocolate chips and shortening, stirring until smooth. Dip
sandwiches and place on waxed paper until chocolate hardens. Yield 1 1/2 do
