2 1/2 c All Purpose Flour
1 ts Baking Soda
1 ts Salt
2 Sticks unsalted butter;
-softened
3/4 c Granulated sugar
3/4 c Brown Sugar
1 ts Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
3 c Semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 1/2 c Chopped Pecans
1 c Raisins
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Directions: Combine flour, baking soda and salt. In electric mixer, beat
butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Add in one egg at a
time. Mix until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and raisins.
With ice cream scooper, scoop mixture into heart-shaped pans. Bake for 1
hour. Bake 35-40 minutes at 275 degrees.
