3/4 c Margaine
3/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar, packed
3/4 c Creamy peanutbutter
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
1 3/4 c Flour
1/3 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
Cream margarine and sugars until light and fluffy. Blend in peanutbutter,
egg, and vanilla. In a seperate bowl, combine dry ingredients and then add
to creamed mixture; mix well. Shape rounded tespoonfuls of dough into a
ball; roll in additional sugar. Place on ungreased cookie shee. Bake at 375
F for 10-12 minutes.
