Pizzelle Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c White sugar
6 Eggs
1/2 lb Melted butter
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Baking powder
3 c Flour

Cream sugar and eggs. Add melted butter and vanilla with dry ingredients.
Dough will be stiff. Drop 2 cookies on pizelle iron. Sprinkle browned
cookies with powdered sugar. Makes 80
