Ingrients & Directions
1 lb Butter or margarine
1 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Crushed ruffles potato chips
3 c Flour
2 ts Vanilla
Powdered sugar
Cream margarine & sugar until very light in color & very thick, the longer
the better. Add vanilla & flour. Mix well. Fold in potato chips. Drop by
spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 9 to 9-1/2 minutes.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Yields approximately 12 dozen.
