2 tb Plus 2 tsp. dry milk
2 tb Raisins ( 3/4 oz)
1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Sweet and low (brown)
3/4 oz Uncooked oatmeal
2 tb Water
Drop whole thing on to pam sprayed cookie sheet Bake 10 to 12 min at 350F
Makes 1 serving: 1 Protein,
1/4 Milk, 1 Bread, 1 Fruit, 1 Fat.
