Peanut Butter Fudge (austin)

Ingrients & Directions


3/4 c Peanut butter
1/2 c Soft butter or margarine
1/2 c Light corn syrup
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Salt
4 c Sifted confectioners’ sugar
3/4 c Chopped peanuts, or other
-nuts

Yield: 2 pounds

DIRECTIONS: Mix well: peanut butter, butter, corn syrup, vanilla and
salt. Gradually stir in sugar. Knead until smooth. Gradually add
nuts. Pack into an 8x8x2″ pan. When firm, cut in squares.
