Impossible Chocolate Nut Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Milk
2 Eggs
2 One ounce
Chocolate — melted, cooled
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 c Margarine
1 c Packed brown sugar
1/2 c Buttermilk baking mix
1 c Chopped pecans
Whipped topping or whipped
Cream
Squares unsweetened

Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 10″ pie pan. Beat in blender for 1 minute: milk,
eggs, melted chocolate, vanilla, margarine, brown sugar and baking mix.
Pour into pie pan. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 F. for 30
minutes or until set. Serve with whipped cream.
