1 pk (10oz) frozen green peas
2 tb Diced pimiento
1 c Cubed fully cooked smoked
-ham
1/3 c Half-and-half
2 Eggs
1/2 c Bisquick baking mix
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
2 tb Grated parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees Grease pie plate, 9×1-1/4 inches. Rinse peas under
cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Place peas, pimiento and ham in
plate. Beat half and half, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth,
15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour in plate;
sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake until knife inserted in center comes
out clean., about 35 min. 4 servings. Note: High altitude directions 3500
to 6500 feet increase half and half to 1/2 C. Bake 40 to 45 min.
