Buttermilk Fudge Ice Cream

Ingrients & Directions


3/4 c Sugar
1/3 c Cocoa, unsweetened
3/4 c Milk
2 2/3 c Buttermilk
1/2 ts Vanilla

In saucepan, combine sugar and nonsweetened cocoa; add milk and heat.
Stir until sugar dissolves. Cool. Beat smooth buttermilk and vanilla.
Combine with chocolate milk. Chill and stir freeze.

Note: This recipe is for a 1-quart machine. Double or triple
ingredients if needed for your machine.
