Fudge Sauce

Ingrients & Directions


1 c COCOA 1/2 c SKIM MILK
1 3/4 c SUGAR 1 ts VANILLA
1/2 c HOT WATER

COMBINE COCOA AND SUGAR. ADD WATER, THEN STIR IN MILK.
BRING TO BOIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT, THEN COOK FOR 2 MINUTES.
REMOVE FROM HEAT; LET COOL THEN STIR IN VANILLA. CHILL
IN COVERED CONTAINER IN REFRIGERATOR. MIXTURE WILL
THICKEN WHILE COOLING.
