Minty Fudge Brownies

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/4 c FLOUR 3 tb WATER
1/2 ts BAKING POWDER 10 oz CHOCOLATE CHIPS, MINT FLAVOR
1/2 ts SALT 1 1/2 ts VANILLA
1 c SUGAR 3 ea EGGS
1/2 c BUTTER 1 c CHOPPED NUTS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 3250F. IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE BAKING SODA AND SALT.
IN A MEDIUM SAUCE PAN, COMBINE SUGAR, BUTTER AND WATER. BRING TO A BOIL.
REMOVE FROM HEAT. ADD CHOCLATE CHIPS AND VANILLA. STIR UNTIL CHIPS ARE
MELTED. PLACE MIXTURE INTO A LARGE BOWL. ADD EGGS, ONE AT A TIME, BEATING
WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION. BLEND IN FLOUR MIXTURE, SLOWLY. SPREAD MIXTURE
INTO 9 X 13″ WELL GREASED PAN.
