3/4 c Flour, unsifted 6 oz Melted bakers chocolate
3/4 c Cake flour + 1 ts 2 c Sugar
1/4 ts Baking powder 4 lg Eggs
1/4 ts Salt 2 lg Egg yolks
1 c Butter + 2 tbsp. 2 ts Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 deg f. Butter and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Thoroughly
mix flours, baking powder and salt. Whisk the butter and chocolate in a
seperate mixing bowl. Beat in sugar, eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla. Add to
dry ingredients and stir to form a batter. Scrape sides of bowl and mix.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Spread batter evenly over bottom of pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until set. Cool brownies completely in pan. Cut
into 1 3/4 x 2 1/4 inch rectangles. Remove from pan with metal spatula.
(Cut with a small sharp knife, wiping knife off after each row is cut).
