Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Mini marshmallows 1 c Peanut butter chips
6 oz Chocolate chips 16 oz Low fat chocolate frosting

Spray 8″ pan with no stick cooking spray. In a large sauce pan, over low
heat, melt chips, marshmallows and peanut butter, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat. Stir in frosting. Mix until combined. Spread evenly in
prepared pan. Chill in freezer for 10 to 20 minutes or refrigerate for at
least one hour. Cut into 36 pieces (cut 8 x 8).
Each candy = 100 calories, 4 g fat, 1 g protein, 14 g carbs, 1 g dietary
fiber.
Percent of calories from fat = 36 %
