Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingrients & Directions


2 oz Bittersweet chocolate 1/4 c Whipping cream
2 tb Butter 1/4 ts Vanilla
2 tb Packed brown sugar

Melt together the butter and chocolate in top of a double boiler, over
simmering water. Stir in cream and brown sugar, stirring over low heat,
until thick and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. If sauce is
made in advance, warm over low heat in top of double boiler until warm to
the touch (about 10 minutes).
