1 c Cream cheese 3/4 c Cocoa
2 c Granulated sugar 2 c Flour
4 Eggs — beaten 1/2 ts Baking powder
3 Bananas — very ripe, 1/2 ts Salt
Mashed 2 ts Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 pan.
Cream together the cream cheese and sugar, then add eggs one at a
time and mix until well blended. Mix in bananas.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture, and stir
just until moist. Stir in vanilla.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 45 minutes, until a toothpick
inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool at least 15 minutes
before slicing.
