3/4 c Sugar 1 1/4 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 c Brown sugar ds Salt
1/3 c Cocoa 1 tb Vanilla extract
In a 12 cup microwave bowl, stir sugars, cocoa, yogurt and salt until
moistened. Microwave, uncovered on high for 10 to 14 minutes, without
stirring, until bubbly, thickened and syrupy. Sauce will continue to
thicken as it cools. Remove from microwave and stir in vanilla.
(Sauce may be refrigerated in a widemouth container up to 1 month.)
Reheat on top of stove or in microwave before serving. Per tbsp: 63
calories and .5 grams fat.
