Terry Genger’s Pinto Bean Fiesta Fudge

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Pinto Beans, Warm Cooked 1 tb Vanilla
3/4 c Butter — melted 2 lb Powdered Sugar
1 c Cocoa 1 c Pecans — chopped

Mash or sieve beans. Add melted butter, cocoa, and vanilla. Mix
thoroughly. Stir in powdered sugar gradually. Add nuts and press
mixture into a 9 x 13 buttered pan. Store in refrigerator until ready
to serve.
