Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Evaporated milk 1/2 c Sugar, brown, dark
1/2 c Peanut butter 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Corn syrup, light or dark 1 lb Sugar, confectioners

Mix together the evaporated milk, peanut butter, Karo, brown sugar,
and salt in the top of a double boiler. Cook over boiling water,
stirring frequently, 15 to 20 minutes until thick. Gradually stir in
confectioners’ sugar. Press into a greased 9″ square pan. Chill and
cut into 1″ squares.
