1 lb SHARP Cheddar Cheese —
Shred
6 Eggs — beaten
Sprinkle peppers in well greased 9″ pan. Cover with cheese. Pour eggs over
cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until firm. Cool and cut into 1″
