Ketchum’s Fudge

Ingrients & Directions


4 1/2 c Sugar
1 cn (large) evaporated milk
-(sorry I don’t know the
-ounces)
3 c Chocolate chips
2 1/2 Sticks butter
25 lg Marshmellows
2 lb Chopped walnuts

Combine sugar and milk in a saucepan and bring to boil, stirring constantly
for 15 minutes. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients.

Pour hot liquid over dry ingredients and mix until marshmellows dissolve
completely(10-15 min.). Spread in 13X9 pan and chill in fridge till firm.
Store in fridge.
