Ingrients & Directions
1 Egg, well-beaten
3 tb Cream
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
1 lb Confectioners’ sugar
4 Squares melted chocolate
1 tb Butter
1 c Chopped nuts
Mix egg, cream, vanilla, salt and sugar. Melt chocolate and butter together
and add to mix. Stir in nuts.
Spead in buttered 8×8″ pan. Cool (NOT in refrigerator). Cut into squares.
Makes 1 1/3 pounds fudge.
