1/2 c Semisweet chocolate chips
1 oz Unsweetened chocolate
3 tb Butter
1 c Confectioner’s sugar
1 cn (5 oz) evaporated milk
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
Ice cream
Place the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave,
uncovered, on medium-high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in the sugar, milk
and vanilla; beat until smooth. Microwave, uncovered, on medium for 5-6
minutes or until bubbly. Serve over ice cream.
Yield: 1 1/4 cups
NOTES : This recipe was tested in a 700-watt oven
