Lemon Chess Pie #2

Ingrients & Directions


4 Eggs
2 c Sugar
1/2 c Melted butter
1 tb (heaping) flour
2 Lemons; juice of
1 Unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs well. Add sugar, mix well & add remaining ingredients. Blend all
together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. A nice
brown crust will form on top. It may be served warm or cold.
