Louisiana Yam Pie

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Yams; cooked & mashed
2 Eggs; beaten
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Milk
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter; melted
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Cinnamon (optional)
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients together well and pour into the pie shell. Bake in a
preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip
before serving.
