Lowfat Pumpkin Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 Reduced fat grahm cracker
Crust
14 oz Can
Milk
1 cn Pumpkin
4 Egg whites
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Each cloves, nutmeg,salt
Eagle Fat Free Sw/Cond.

Brush crust with just enough eggwhite to cover and bake at 375x for 5
minutes. Combine all ingredients including remaning eggwhite, pour into
baked shell. Bake at 425x fo 15 minutes, then reduce to 350x for 40
minutes.
