1 5-6 pound chicken
10 md Potatoes
3 md Onions,finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
2 tb Salted green onions
Herbes salees
Cut up chicken,cover with cold water.Add onions,green onions,salt and
pepper.Cook until meat is tender. Peel wash and grate potatoes,strain
in cheese cloth.Add some of the quantity of hot bouillon to the
grated potato and arrange 1/2 of the quantity into a greased
pan.Cover with the chicken and use the rest of the potato to cover
the chicken.Cook at 400 F for 2 hours.
