5 Chopped garlic cloves
4 tb Chili powder
1 ts Cumin
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Dried oregano
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Beer; plus
1 tb Beer; if needed and/or
-orange juice
Mix together. Add beer and/or orange juice to form a paste.
