Multiple Pie Crust Recipe

Ingrients & Directions


–MIX–
4 c Crisco
12 c Sifted flour
2 tb Salt

Sift flour and salt into large bowl. Cut in shortening until it is the
consistency of cornmeal and small peas. Store in air-tight container or jar
in a cool place. Will keep for weeks! see below:

yield – 18 cups of mix (enough for 6-8 pies)
