1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 lb Cottage cheese
2 c Mashed potatoes
1/2 c Sour cream
2 Eggs
2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 c Green onions; sliced
3 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
Put cottage cheese through food mill or blender to make it smooth. Beat
mashed potatoes into cottage cheese. Beat in sour cream, eggs, salt &
cayenne pepper. Stir in green onions. Spoon into pastry shell. Sprinkle
with cheese. Bake at 425 until golden brown, about 50 minutes.
