Shamrock Grasshopper Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 Whole 8 1/2 Oz. Pkg
-Chocolate Wafers
1/4 c Butter; Melted
1 Whole 6 1/2 Oz. Pkg.
-Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Cream Dementhe
3 tb Creme De Coco
1 1/2 c Heavy Cream
Green Food Coloring

1. Crumble wafers and mix with butter. 2. Press crumb mixture into a 9″ pie
pan. bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Cool. 3. Melt marshmallows in
milk in a double boiler. Pour into bowl and chill until thickened. 4. Blend
Cream de Menthe and Creme de Cacao into marshmallow mixture. Beat until
stiff. 5. Fold into marshmallow mixture. Add coloring. 6. Pour filling into
pie shell. Chill until firm. Garnish with paper shamrocks. Serves 6
