Sour Cream Apple Pie #1

Ingrients & Directions


1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 c Sour cream
3/4 c Sugar
2 tb Flour
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
1 Egg
1 cn Pie apples
3/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Butter

Beat together sour cream, flour, salt, egg & vanilla. Add apples & pour
into pie shell. Bake for 25 minutes at 400. Mix brown sugar & butter.
Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake for 20 more minutes at 400.
