Spinach Pie 2

Ingrients & Directions


1 Bread crumb pie crust
2 pk Frozen chopped spinach;
-defrost and drain
Salt and pepper
4 Egg whites; or 2 eggs
2 c Cottage cheese; 1/2% fat
2 Onions
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

Saute onions till browned. Mix with spinach, seasonings, eggs and cottage
cheese. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 3 0 min. at 350F.
