2 cn Drained tuna
12 oz Mixed vegetables
2 oz Butter melted
1 tb Flour
2 Pie crusts 8 inch
1/2 c Milk
2 oz Parmesean cheese
Melt butter in large pot. When melted whisk in flour to form a light rue.
Then whisk in milk to make a sauce. Stir in tuna and vegetables. Heat
through. Add parmesean cheese and stir in. Put mixture into pie crust and
cover with other crust. Cook 1/2 hour in oven at 350 degrees. Let cool for
10 minutes then serve.
