FILLING
-PART A-
8 c Peeled and sliced zucchini
-(seeded and shaped to look
-like apple slices)
2/3 c Lemon juice or vinegar
-PART B-
1 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
-CRUMB CRUST-
4 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Margerine
Cook “A”. Boil until tender, about 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the
crumb crust mixture below. Add “B”. Simmer 1 minute Add 1/2 cup of the
crumb mixture (this thickens the mixture) Pour this mixture over the bottom
crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top. Bake at 350 F for about 30 –
35 minutes. Chill
Crumb Crust: Crumble together and press 1/2 into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
