FILLING
1 cn Condensed milk
1/2 c Lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon
2 Eggs
4 tb Sugar
Line a pie dish with pastry and bake blind or use a crumb crust. Combine
milk, lemon juice, rind and egg yolks.Pour into prepared base. Beat egg
whites until stiff, add sugar a little at a time, beating till sugar is
dissolved. Spoon on top of filling and bake at 180 C for 15 mins.
