Lemon Pie

Ingrients & Directions


6 Egg yolks
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Flour
3 Lemons; rind & juice, or
-more, to taste
1 Stick butter
1 c Boiling water
1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Beat egg yolks, flour and sugar together until real light. Put in butter,
then boiling water and lemon juice. Cook until mixture thickens. Pour into
a pie shell. Garnish the top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. An old family
recipe.
