Low-fat Pumpkin Pie

Ingrients & Directions


16 oz Canned pumpkin
13 oz Evaporated milk
1 Egg
2 Egg whites
1/2 c Bisquick baking mix
2 tb Sugar
8 pk Equal sweetener; 16
-teaspoons
2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
2 ts Vanilla

Heat oven to 350. Lightly grease or spray 9″ pie pan with PAM. Mix all
ingredients together. Blend 1 minute or beat 2 minutes. Pour into pie pan
and bake 50 minutes or until center is puffed up.
