Ingrients & Directions
1 pk Chocolate wafers
1/4 c Butter
1/2 ga Ice cream (any flavor; but
-chocolate or chocolate mint
-are preferred)
1 Jar fudge topping
2 c Sweetened whipped cream
Crush wafers, saving 1/4 c. for topping. Mix remaining crums with butter
and freeze in 9 x 13 pan or springform pan. Soften ice cream. Layer over
crumbs with fudge topping and whipped cream. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over
top. Freeze. Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving. Cut with
knife run under hot water.
Quite simple but de-licious!
