Pecan Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Sugar
1 c Coconut
2 Eggs
1 c Pecans
1 c Crushed pineapple or raisins

Mix sugar and yolk. Add remaining ingredients except whites. Mix well and
add beaten whites. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 until brown.
