Pecan Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 c Butter
1 c Karo Syrup
1 tb Vanilla
1 c Pecans or more
1 pn Salt
1 Unbaked pie shell

***** I always add lots of nuts, and I hardly ever put salt in anything.

Mix this all together and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 deg for 1 hr.
It’s rich, so you’ll just HAVE to dilute it with a really good cup of
coffee, and sit down in your favorite chair and treat yourself to a piece
of fresh pie and coffee. As a gift one time, someone gave me some coffee
from Costa Rica……WOW is that good. Called Cafe Britt. Yummmy! Wish I
had more.
