Ingrients & Directions
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Dark corn syrup
1 c Pumpkin
1 tb Vanilla extract
1 c Pecan halves
1 9″ unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 375 . Combine first five ingredients; mix well.
Gently stir in pecan halves. Pour into pie shell. Bake 55 to 60 minutes
or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
