Strawberry-rhubarb Delight Pie

Ingrients & Directions


8 oz Frozen rhubarb 2 ea Egg yolks, beaten
8 oz Frozen strawberries 1 tb Flour
1 c Sugar 1 tb Butter
1/4 c Water (or 1/2c)

Stir all ingredients together. Bring to a boil for a few minutes.
Place in unbaked 9 inch pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40
minutes. Remove from oven and cover with a meringue topping and cook
