Lemon Chess Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 Unbaked 9-inch pie shell 1 tb Flour
2 c Sugar 1 tb Cornmeal
1/2 c Butter or margarine 1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
5 Eggs Rind of 3 lemons, grated
1 c Milk

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs and milk. Beat well. Then add flour,
cornmeal, lemon juice and lemon rind. Stir until thoroughly
incorporated

Pour mixture into pie shell; bake at 350 degrees until done, 35 to 40
minutes.
