Ingrients & Directions
JAY MORTON (KJWT81A) 2 tb Bacon dripping
2 c Cornmeal 2 tb Baking powder
1 c All Purpose flour Milk
2 tb Onions; minced Peanut oil
1 Eggs
Mix all ingredients with just enough milk to make a thick mixture. Wet
hands and roll mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. Drop into deep fat and
remove when brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
