Apple Custard Pie

Ingrients & Directions


2 Egg yolks 2 c Apples; peeled and sliced
1 c Sugar 1 ts Vanilla
2 tb Butter 1 Pie crust (9 inch)

Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:20 In top of double boiler,
combine egg yolks and sugar. Add butter, apples a water in double
boiler, stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
