FILLING
1/2 c Egg Beaters 1/4 t Ground cloves
1 cn (16oz) solid pack pumpkin 1 cn (12oz) evaporated skim milk
3/4 c Sugar 1 ea Pk (1.3oz) prepared Dream
OR -Whip
1/2 c Sugar Pastry Pie crust, separate
AND -recipe
3 ea Pk Sweet ‘n Low OR
1 t Cinnamon Basic Graham Cracker Crust,
1/2 t Ground ginger -separate recipe
Preheat oven to 425F. Mix filling in order given. Pour filling into
crust and bake 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F. and bake 40-45
minutes more or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Garnish with Dream Whip. If using pastry crust, use as you would a
regular pie crust. There is enough filling for 2 pies. Per sugar
