Ingrients & Directions


1 ea Unbaked pastry shell 9″ 2 ea Eggs
1 ea Can pumpkin 16oz. about 2 C. 1 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ea Can Eagle brand milk 14 oz. 1/2 ts Each Ginger, Nutmeg, salt

Preheat oven 425F. In mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except
pastry shell; mix well. pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350F; Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or
until center is set. Cool. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
Note” use Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated).
